Image branding, record label setup, and publicity via the A&R section

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the founding team to refine and execute the strategic vision and business plan.
Oversee and support day-to-day operations across editorial, marketing, and business development.
Build and nurture partnerships with artists, reviewers, labels, and entertainment professionals.
Drive user acquisition and engagement through creative marketing and community-building initiatives.
Lead and inspire a team of music reviewers, content creators, and contributors.
Keep the platform at the forefront of music trends, innovation, and industry developments.
