In his reaction, the CMD thanked Buhari and Ehanire “for the renewed confidence in him to continue to serve the country as the Chief executive of FETHI”.
Ajayi also thanked the hospital’s Board of Management and members of staff “for their prayers and support” as he promised to double his efforts in ensuring that Nigerians continued to enjoy good service delivery at the hospital.
Bank-Akinnuoye recalled that under Ajayi, who was first appointed FETHI CMD in December 2017 at a time the hospital was struggling to survive, “the corporate integrity of FETHI is being regained, confidence is being built for workforce and clients and there is progressive restoration of quality service delivery to Nigerians.”
